Evaluation and Temporal-Spatial Deconstruction for High-Quality Development of Regional Marine Economy: A Case Study of China

The high-quality development of the marine economy has become a realistic choice to stimulate vitality regional economic growth and achieve goal building powerful nation in economy. This study constructs an evaluation index system from efficiency, coordination, innovation, sustainability, openness, shareability analyze level temporal-spatial heterogeneity China’s 2010 2018. Methods used this paper are entropy, kernel density estimation, partial spatial autocorrelation analysis. results shown as follows: (1) shows slow fluctuating upward trend, innovation primary driving forces. ranking three circles quality is Eastern> Southern>Northern, coastal provinces Guangdong> Shanghai> Shandong> Zhejiang> Fujian> Tianjin> Jiangsu> Liaoning> Hainan> Hebei> Guangxi. forces for Guangdong, Shanghai, Shandong, Zhejiang leading other areas sustainability respectively; (2) temporal differentiation dynamic evolution process that obvious early stages, alleviating middle stage, balance later stage; (3) zoning types paths 11 determined based on differentiation: Shanghai high-value congregate named demonstration regions, which should build global center cities with deepening cooperation high-standard opening-up; Shandong Guangdong discrete key engine enhance international competitiveness industry scientific technological innovation; Tianjin, Hebei, Liaoning low-value potential zooming improve efficiency resources utilization cooperation; Jiangsu, Fujian, Hainan, Guangxi land-sea coordination modern characteristic industrial coordinated land sea.
